Our mission is simple: To empower your business with technology. It is our goal to amplify the awareness of opportunities surrounding all aspects of I.T. in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The university town of Oshkosh is not only one of the best places to live, we are also proud of our educated and talented workforce, exceptional public amenities like parks, schools, and transportation and a community commitment to quality of life. Amplify aims to empower local businesses, investors and innovators make their mark in another way: as a vibrant hub for technology.
Amplify sits at the helm of this effort by supporting the local universities that usher top I.T. graduates into the local market and providing continuing education through a peer network of business leaders. We hope to foster a diverse environment where open sharing of best practices and emerging technologies is encouraged. Building relationships between tech players – big and small – is central to our work at Amplify.
Learn more about future human resource demands for Information Technology professionals in this Regional IT Research Study. Input from regional employers and schools were used to develop findings and recommendations. The Market Analysis Project was led by Northeast Wisconsin Educational Resource Alliance (NEW ERA), the consortium of higher education institutions in northeast Wisconsin, with the support of Workforce Development Boards, Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development Organizations, and private industry in the region. The next phase in the project will be the development of targeted education programs as well as workforce development strategies that we can use as a region.
